Today was good. Today I only cried once and did not feel the burden of pain so much.

The best times for me in this period have been times I’ve spent around the word. Either the actual bible, teaching, worship, or music that speaks of a Christian reality. Not so much about death or sorrows, but just anything in the word.

The word is hope. The word is life. It gives me the strengths keep going.
